Founder, Lauren Hyde, brings over a decade of experience in building and managing customer and client relationships. This experience is drawn from spending many years in fundraising which included serving as Director of Development for two well respected community organizations, a position in executive leadership as the VP of Business Development and Client Relations for a premier strategic communications agency in New Mexico, and working with both large and small corporations on contract for internal and external communication services.
Coupled with relationship management, Lauren has experience in building internal organizational practices focused on what works best for individual teams and leaders to harness success. Resulting in a positive culture of engaged work ethic and a high level of professionalism that reaches to every corner of the company.
Throw in a passion and some formal education in UX digital design, Lauren offers a repertoire of integrated strategic critical relationship management and experience.
Justin Hyde is a finance-first executive and operational leader with 14+ years of experience helping small businesses and mission-driven organizations strengthen financial discipline, improve execution, and navigate growth and transition with clarity. He specializes in forecasting and decision support, P&L leadership, operational modernization, and building leadership cadence and accountability systems that reduce reactivity and drive sustainable performance.
Justin holds an Executive MBA from the University of New Mexico’s Anderson School of Management and a BBA in Entrepreneurial Studies and Organizational Behavior from the University of New Mexico. He also holds certifications in credit risk and economic development finance.
He is motivated by the belief that a sense of home and community is built through strong local businesses—and that empowering people to build brighter futures through entrepreneurship and ownership strengthens communities from the inside out.
